AWS Architect – Dublin / Hybrid

A leading organisation is seeking an experienced AWS Architect to join its technology delivery team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to define cloud strategies and design scalable AWS-based solutions. You will shape solution architectures, guide delivery teams, and ensure high-quality technical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define solution architectures and cloud migration strategies on AWS

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs

• Lead technical direction within Agile delivery teams

• Design and implement cloud-native services and integrations

• Embed DevOps and Infrastructure as Code principles

• Support cloud cost optimisation and governance practices

• Produce clear architecture documentation and technical presentations

About You

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar cloud architecture role

• Strong hands-on knowledge of AWS services (certification advantageous)

• Proven experience designing and delivering complex cloud solutions

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Broad experience across applications, data, and infrastructure domains

• Familiarity with IaC and CI/CD tooling

• Understanding of FinOps concepts
